I am using DW MZ 2004. Fairly new at game but not a complete novice. I am
trying to test my site in the browser. I am using the Manage Sites Advanced
utility. Currently these are the details for my site:

Local Info:

Site Name: BKSolutions
Local Root Folder: CC:\Inetpub\wwwroot\
Default Images folder: C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Images
Http address: http://LocalHost/

Remote Info:

Access: Local/Network
Remote folder: C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\

Testing Server:
Server model: ASP Javascript
Access: Local/Network
Testing Server Folder:C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\

(I have set up a graphic screendump file to see the detail at
http://www.bksolutions.co.uk/BKS.html)

My problem is that when I try to view in the browser I keep getting a
navigation error. Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong please.

You forgot to make a site folder within the main testing server folder for your site. You don't want to put it in the testing server root.

Make a folder called bksolutions in the Inetpub/wwwroot/ folder and put all your site files in that. Then adjust your site definitions to reflect the change. The path is C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\bksolutions\

Then your URL is going to be http://localhost/bksolutions/

Try that.
