I am using DW MZ 2004. Fairly new at game but not a complete novice. I am
trying to test my site in the browser. I am using the Manage Sites Advanced
utility. Currently these are the details for my site:

Local Info:

Site Name: BKSolutions
Local Root Folder: CC:\Inetpub\wwwroot\
Default Images folder: C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Images
Http address: http://LocalHost/

Remote Info:

Access: Local/Network
Remote folder: C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\

Testing Server:
Server model: ASP Javascript
Access: Local/Network
Testing Server Folder:C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\

(I have set up a graphic screendump file to see the detail at
http://www.bksolutions.co.uk/BKS.html)

My problem is that when I try to view in the browser I keep getting a
navigation error. Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong please.

Your problem is with your broswer, use a different one, like Firefox,
that should be happier than your BT Yahoo! Browser.

You could always just type http://localhost into your BT Yahoo! Browser
and see if that works.

Thanks for that. I can actually view in the browser when I type in
http://localhost + the page wanted (and I am actually using Firefox). What I
can't do is get the site to fire up from inside dreamweaver by using the
preview in browser icon on the toolbar. So basically I know the server side
files work in the browser but my setup in dreamweaver is wrong somewhere and I
can't see where which is why I have given the screenshots of the site
management optiosn at http://www.bksolutions.co.uk/BKS.html

It all looks normal to me, try using a different browser in preferences
as your default, like Firefox or Internet Explorer.
